John G. Minor, CGC, CFM, is a large loss insurance appraiser, umpire and expert witness as the president of Complete, Inc. Mr. Jamil Soucar has been in the construction industry since 1983, managing mostly public works projects and numerous private projects. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, holds a B-General Contracting license and a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). As an experienced scheduler, Mr. Soucar has a wide experience in delays and time impact analysis and claims. He has prepared and conducted several training programs covering numerous construction management topics to other professionals in the industry. As an expert witness, Mr. Soucar has offered services on a variety of cases including delays, scheduling, contract scope disputes, construction defects, and change orders disputes, standard of care and design management.
