Sandra Whitaker was awarded the prestigious designation of Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) in 2005 from the U.S. Department of Labor – Occupational Safety & Health Administration. Additionally, Sandra holds both an Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health and has been designated as an Authorized Trainer from US-DOL-OSHA. Her proficiency in litigation support is in Case Analysis; Accident Investigation; Written Programs; US-DOL-OSHA 29 CFR 1910, - Audits, Regulation Compliance, Record-keeping, and Response to Citation and Inspections.

In 2013, after more than 40 years of personal experience in the field of Occupational Safety, Sandra left the corporate safety world to establish a private safety consulting firm. Under the business name On-going Safety & Health Advice, she provides expert witness services for plaintiff or defense attorneys.

For forty years Sandra provided private in-house professional safety expertise in various industries including Warehouse, Manufacturing, Logistics, Food & Beverage, and Service Industries. She has served as an Expert Witness since 2013, with 99% record on the prevailing side, her litigation history is approximately 70% Plaintiff and 30% Defendant.
