Currently, Dr. Nachbauer is in private practice, specializing in thoracic and vascular surgery. He is the medical director of the Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital Wound Center. He is medical director of the University of Vermont Health Network - Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital Wound Center.
