I am a registered Architect in business for 30+ years in Philadelphia with experience in both residential and commercial building design. I have extensive experience in all aspects of the architectural profession that includes new construction, rehab projects, fire damage, moisture problems, ADA compliance, zoning and land use, building code analysis, building material specifications, energy compliance, and on-site problem solving during construction.

I have done expert work for construction defects, slip and fall accidents, ADA compliance, building collapse, and building code analysis. I have education and training as an expert witness and I am available for case consultation, case review and analysis, expert witness reports, depositions, and trial testimony, for both plaintiffs and defendant cases.

I received an award for Excellence in Planning & Design from the Montgomery County Planning Commission, PA for an adaptive building re-use and sustainable design for a new Public Library in North Wales, PA.

I have Architect licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware having vast experience and knowledge of the architectural profession, with the expertise and qualifications to speak with integrity and proficiency in all aspects of building design and construction.
