Melanie Modica is an accredited appraisal reviewer for personal property, and a fine art appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). Melanie holds the Appraisal Review & Management (ARM) designation for personal property and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser for personal property, fine art. She is also an Accredited Member with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). 

Appraisal reviews may be written for the intended use of measuring another appraisal for compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), assisting in disputes regarding fine art value conclusions, personal property loss claims, settlements, and more. A leader in the ARM education program for ASA, Melanie is a contributor, editor, and instructor for the ARM Principles of Valuation 201 and 204 courses that are offered to appraisers for their review accreditation requirements. She is the lead developer for the Managing Multifaceted Assignments 203 course that instructs appraisers on best practices for managing large assignments requiring a team of appraisers for assignments requiring various specialists.
