As an office supervisor, he was in charge of operations management and would take lead roles in strategic planning, business development, and proposal preparation. Along with his experience in the office, Randy Horsak has used his expertise to offer litigation support and expert witness testimony. He has managed and directed environmental projects in a variety of areas including those dealing with air pollution, and water treatment and purification. These cases require him to provide his knowledge on cases involving ambient air quality testing, noise, soil and sediment, groundwater, and surface water. Randy D.
