Mr. Wall is a forensic engineer and owner/president for Wall Accident Reconstruction, Inc. He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wyoming. He has additional education, training, and experience in the fields of accident reconstruction, biomechanics, human factors, vehicle crashworthiness and design, vehicle safety prevention, environmental factors, and roadway factors. Mr. Wall has worked as a senior engineer for Martin Marietta Aerospace and as a United States Air Force Reserve officer (retired) in a Civil Engineering Squadron. He also served four years active duty in the United States Marine Corp, where he was an aircraft mechanic. He now serves as a volunteer in the United States Coast Guard Auxillary, where he assists with public education and with boating skills and safety. Mr. Wall holds national accreditation as an Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR No. 1140). He is a licensed Private Investigator for the State of Arizona.

For over 30 years, Mr. Wall has performed numerous forensic investigations and accident reconstructions throughout the United States and abroad. He has become well informed in all aspects of accident reconstruction. He has conducted projects for car and tire manufacturers, municipalities, states, the bus industry, for heavy vehicle and trailer design, and for projects that included motorcycles and helmet protection. He has conducted investigations and accident reconstruction projects where the collision was low speed. Mr. Wall is a court qualified expert in the areas of biomechanics and injury prevention, accident reconstruction, and human factors.
